Adopting an ecosystem-based approach to watershed management in Comoros
In this project, we work with the government of Comoros to implement a LDCF-financed climate adaptation project that leverages nature-based solutions and better watershed management for resilience. The project is a 6 year initiative that started in 2017.
Development of Capacity for Climate Finance in Dem. Rep. of Congo
Our work was conducted in the context of a climate finance readiness project, delivered by FAO in the DRC. We conducted a capacity assessment of the National Designated Authority, developed a capacity development strategy and delivered training on accessing climate finance.

In support of World Food Programme in Indonesia, we are developing a project concept note that will leverage climate information services, early warning systems, in the service of adaptive social protection and local resilience.

We partner with the World Food Programme to develop a project concept that will establish a system of forecast based financing as a means for supporting early and anticipatory action in response to climate hazards.
Adaptation to climate change in the Rice Sector in Madagascar
Throughout this 5 year project, our team provided the services of a Chief Technical Advisor, who supported the national coordinating unit. The project aimed to deliver climate adaptation action in the rice sector using a value chain approach.
