Who We Are
We are a small, agile consulting firm comprised of dedicated technical experts in all areas of sustainable development. Our home office is located in Montreal, Canada, and some of our associates work remotely from all parts of the world.
We are all passionate about our work, and committed to leaving the world a better place.
Our CEO and Principal Consultant is Joana Talafré, an expert with over 25 years of experience in international sustainable development, climate finance and capacity development.
What We Do
We work with public and privates sector partners to strengthen their capacity to address the rising environmental challenges of our day.
Our work spans the full project cycle: from ideation and the development of innovative project concepts, to the mobilization of financing and partnerships, as well as technical and scientific support for implementation, we are there every step of the way.
Our clients are international development agencies, multilateral development organizations, banks, governments, NGOs, and private companies both in Canada and abroad.
Project structuring
Our work includes concept design, consultative development processes, feasibility studies, due diligence analysis, financial analysis and structuring, gender plans, and any other elements required prior to obtaining funding.
Project Management
We provide the full suite of project management services, including planning, financial management, quality assurance, reporting and accountability mechanisms.
Evaluation
We are experts in monitoring and evaluation, results based management, program and policy ex ante and ex post evaluation.
