2010 – UNDP: Mainstreaming Drought Risk Management: A primer
The document was produced as a component product of the Integrated Drylands Development Programme (IDDP). The IDDP is the framework programme through which support for the implementation of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and other drylands related initiatives is delivered to affected programme countries. The Programme is managed by the United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP) Drylands Development Centre (DDC). The Primer seeks to serve as a supporting document for the Coping with Drought and Climate Change (CWDCC) projects, which are being implemented by UNDP with financial support from the Global Environment Facility (GEF)-administered Special Climate Change Fund (SCCF). The document can be found here.
